19. Refund Policy

We offer a 2-days money back guarantee to all our customers. Contact our support department with your order information to request it. Once a valid refund request is submitted, the refund process will take no more than 75 days. All refunds will be returned to the original credit card and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account. You have 2 days from the date of the original purchase to request your refund. Any refund requests received after 5 days will not be processed. We reserve the right to deny future business with you if we feel you are taking advantage of our money back guarantee.

20. Subscription

SocioStacks-ContentClub  is being offered on an auto-renewing subscription basis. Auto-renewal ensures continued use of the product until you choose to cancel. SocioStacks-ContentClub  will automatically renew your subscription using the payment method on file until you cancel. Most subscriptions are offered on either an annual or monthly basis. For subscriptions that auto-renew less frequently than monthly, you will receive a reminder notice via email prior to each renewal charge. You must opt out of automatic renewal of your subscription prior to the renewal date in order to avoid renewal charges.

In rare cases, SocioStacks-ContentClub  may also be promoted on a lifetime access basis. Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the product.
