What is Message Signeture ?
If you have one WhatsApp account used by two or more staff members, you need to know which conversation or message was sent by which staff member. For example, if you have one support WhatsApp number handled by four staff members, and there are many incoming messages and support questions, your staff members will be managing those support queries. In this case, you may get confused when replying to the messages, because the same account is being handled by multiple staff members, and conversations can get mixed up. To avoid this, you need to know which message was sent by which staff member, so you can assign a "Message Signature" for each staff member. The Message Signature feature will automatically add the respective staff member's signature when replying to each message. This way, other staff members can easily understand who is handling which customer or support query.
