No. Your store is a web app. Customers open the link in any phone browser — Chrome, Safari, or the browser inside WhatsApp. No download, no account, no login required.
After checkout, the customer taps "Confirm on WhatsApp". This opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing every item, size, quantity, total, GST, delivery charge, and customer address. The message goes to your WhatsApp number. You also receive an email and optional Telegram notification simultaneously.
Yes. Upload your product image to Google Drive, make it public, and paste the link in the Image URL column. Images show on product cards and in the Featured section at the top of your store.
Yes. A product can have up to 4 size variants (e.g. Small Rs 100, Medium Rs 150, Large Rs 200) AND up to 3 bulk pricing tiers. The bulk discount is applied proportionally on top of the selected size price.
Payment is handled outside the app — through your UPI ID, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. After placing an order, the thank-you page shows a UPI tap-to-pay link, your UPI QR code image, and bank details. Customers pay and WhatsApp you the reference number. You update the order status in the Sheet.
The $99 lifetime plan includes agency and reseller rights. Each shop gets their own copy of the OrderX Sheet with their own store link. You set it up for them once — they manage their own products and orders independently.
No coding at all. After making your copy of the Sheet, a 7-step setup wizard guides you through everything. The only slightly technical step is deploying the web app in Google Apps Script — the guide shows exactly what to click with screenshots.
Changes in your Products tab appear on the store immediately when any customer refreshes the page. There is no publishing or sync step needed. Add a new product, change a price, or mark an item as Out of Stock — it reflects instantly.
