No coding at all. You paste script files into Google Apps Script (copy-paste), run one setup function, and the 7-step wizard guides you through everything. Most owners finish in under 20 minutes.

Each $9 license covers 1 property. For multiple properties, purchase the $99 lifetime plan which includes agency and reseller rights — set up RBS for unlimited client properties.

You receive an email with your license key and a link to copy the RBS Google Sheet. Open it, paste the script files, run setupOwnerSheet(), complete the 7-step wizard — and you are live.

All data stays in your own Google account — in your Google Sheet and Google Drive. SocioStacks never sees your guest data. Only anonymised usage stats (booking count, room count) are used for license validation.

The guest booking form is fully mobile-responsive — guests can book from any smartphone. Owners manage via the Google Sheets mobile app. Approval is as simple as changing a dropdown.

RBS v1.0 supports bank transfer, UPI, and cash — payment details appear in the approval email and on the PDF receipt. Online payment gateway integration (Razorpay) is planned for v1.2.

Yes. All 5 email templates are fully customisable in the Settings tab. The receipt shows your property name, logo, address, cancellation policy, bank/UPI details, and GST breakdown.

Yes — the $99 lifetime plan includes reseller rights. Set up RBS for your client's property, hand over the Sheet, and they run it independently. The distribution copy feature clears test data before handover.
